We went to Yakinori again a week ago for lunch. We were seated quickly and were very comfortable. We were served by Alara. Such a lovely, attentive young lady. She knew her menu and advised us what to have for starters. She was spot on! The Karage Fried Chicken was excellent! The Miso Soup was very tasty. As a main we had Chilli Grilled Chicken Ramen and Bento Box Teriyaki Chicken. Full of flavour and hot! Yakinori never disappoints. Excellent service and packed with flavour. Just love this place. All the staff are friendly and professional.

we came here for dinner tonight and Nani and Sangmi were our servers amazing customer service …so polite and friendly….and the food was simply delicious 😋

Me and my son often dine here and are served by Nami, who is always warm, friendly and accommodating. She is super professional and posseses knowledge of all items on the menu and even remembered an allergy I had previously mentioned. Food is always great and service is always outstanding, so I million percent recommend 🙂

Had a chicken bao and chicken katsu, at the Solihull branch, both made perfectly. The kiwi lemonade was a slap to the face and the best I've had.
Staff were very attentive and asked regularly if we needed anything. They even have space outside to enjoy your food in the summer.
If your into bubble teas then they have Thier own station in the restaurant which I have yet to try.
