We had such a lovely experience at Yakhori Solihull thanks to Kenzie!
Me and my two daughters came in for a meal, and from the moment we arrived, Kenzie made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She was incredibly attentive throughout—always checking in at the right times without being intrusive—and her friendly, warm nature really stood out. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her.
Kenzie’s service genuinely made our visit extra special. She was kind, patient, and had such a positive attitude, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for me and my girls.
Thank you, Kenzie, for your amazing hospitality—we’ll definitely be coming back

Yakinori in touchwood was amazing! We got seated right away and the staff there were so lovely and attentive. The food came quick and was fresh & delicious, we was served by a woman called Kenzi who was lovely and made sure to check if we was okay. The manager there was also really nice and came to us if we needed anything. They’re bubble tea was also amazing! Would highly recommend this restaurant!

Yakinori Solihull was absolutely brilliant. We booked a kids’ sushi-making session for 9 children as a birthday activity for my daughter, who turned 11 today. Although the activity was for all the children, the staff did an incredible job of making her feel special without making the other participants feel left out — they struck the perfect balance.

They even surprised her with a complimentary cake and sang happy birthday, which was such a lovely touch. I already love the food here, but this experience made it even better.

Next time, I would definitely book out all 15 spots to make it a full party. Fantastic food, amazing staff, and my daughter left feeling truly special.
